• High-velocity, willing to move quickly and responsibly.
• Willing to build high design maturity within the org. If the org already has good design maturity, that’s great — we will refine it.
• Product-minded, not services-minded.
• Willing to get to the truth, instead of maintaining status quos.
• Not micromanagers — this is the most important one. I do not work with companies or operators that micromanage.

This is a loose set of criteria I use to evaluate my next opportunity. If you and your company don’t embody one or more of these traits, I’m afraid we probably won't be a good fit to work together.
